John kei said :

Reputed gang leader John Refra (popularly known as John Kei) sued the Jakarta Police on Monday at his pre-trial hearing at the South Jakarta District Court for his arrest, which he claimed violated procedures.
According to John, the police did not bring a warrant when they arrested him and that he did not resist arrest but police opened fire on him without any warning shot.
